Three-level high alumina brick LZ-55 content high alumina brick
are divided into different grades according to the different aluminum content. LZ-55 is a high-alumina brick with an aluminum content of ≥55%, and of course there are high-alumina bricks with a higher aluminum content.
According to the Al2O3 content in high alumina bricks, it is usually divided into three levels:
ⅠAl2O3 content of contour aluminum brick is greater than 75%;
The Al2O3 content of Ⅱcontour aluminum brick is between 60～75%;
Ⅲ The content of Al2O3 in high aluminum bricks is between 48-60%;
There are also special high alumina bricks with Al2O3 above 85%.

Refractoriness is one of the focuses of all refractory materials
. The refractoriness of high alumina bricks can reach 1750~1790℃, which is a high-grade refractory material, which is higher than traditional clay bricks and semi-silica bricks.
2. Load softening temperature:
Because Al2O3 is high in high-alumina products, there are few impurities, and the formation of fusible glass is also very small, so the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks
3. Slag resistance:
Since Al2O3 is contained in high alumina bricks, it has a good effect on resisting acid slag and alkaline slag.
